Step 2 - Click the Change Picture link under the current display picture.

Step4 - Select the picture that you want to use (remember to use a picture of yourself - no pictures containing anyone under the age of 18,amimals cartoons or anything else inappropriate)

Step 5 - Click the Upload Image button and hey presto your done..

Step 2 - Click the Edit Profile link and you will be taken to your profile options.

Step 2 - In your Message Center section 2 will tell you if you have any new messages.

Step 3 - Click the "Read Messages" link to view your new messages.

Step 4 - Click the  "Compose Message" link to write a new message.

Step 5 - Click the "Sent Items" link to see the messages you have sent.

Step 6 - Click the "Comments" link to see your comments.

Step 5- Select who can view this photo

Step 6- add some tags so people can find your photos

Step 7- Click the "Browse" button

Step 8- Select your photo from your computer

Step 9- Click the "Upload Image" button

Step 2 - In your Dashboard click the "Write Blog" button

Step 4 - Add any relevant tags

Step 5 - Write your blog

Step 6 - Click the "Submit Blog" button

Step 2 - In your Dashboard click the "Create Group" button

Step 3 - In your Dashboard click the "Manage Group" button

Step 4 - Choose a headline for you group

Step 5 - Add your email so group members can get in touch with you

Step 6 - Select your groups category ( note if you can't find a category that suits your group just get in touch with admin and they will add it for you)

Step 7 - Select if members can invite other members to the group

Step 8 - Select if anyone can join the group or they need to be approved by you

Step 9 - Select if your group will have a public forum

Step 10 - Select if your group will be hidden

Step 11 - Select if members can post images

Step 12 - Select a city (if it is a nationwide group leave this blank)

Step 13 - Select a group image (group images have to come within the sites terms and conditions for picture content)

Step 14 - Add a description to let people know what your group is about

Step 15 - Click the "Submit" button and your all done
